Sunday Night Session RFP

The firm/organization, as identified below, desires to host a Sunday Night Session on February 8, 2009 at PETE&C. Sessions are limited to registered conference vendors and sponsors and are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Deadline to register is December 15, 2008.

Requests sent without a deposit will not be honored. Session rooms are available on Sunday night from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and can be used for presentations or hospitality events. All sessions must end by 8:00 p.m. to avoid conflict with the PETE&C Welcome Reception. There is no fee for session space reserved by registered exhibitors and sponsors. However, a $100 deposit is required to hold the space via credit card. The deposit will be forfeited if a firm/organization fails to host the Sunday night session agreed upon and cancellation is received later than January 8, 2009.

A representative from PETE&C will contact registered participants on or before December 31, 2008 and provide further event and hotel information that exhibitors may use to promote their Sunday Night Session at PETE & C.
